I had the most fun last night that I have had in so long. GWOF was all about the girl time, and it was such great girl time! At one point, I laughed so hard I almost peed my pants. And that is the sign of a truly good time, non? We read trashy Hollywood mags out loud to one another (thank you, Kardashians for being so bizarre and ridiculous!), drank wine and fruity blender drinks with paper umbrellas in them, walked to the beach and got all giddy about the undercover cops we saw, watched a movie (Julie & Julia... loved it!), stayed up way too late gossiping and eating cheesecake, and then slept till 10 a.m. (TEN A.M., PEOPLE!) This morning we got up (at 10 a.m.!), drank vanilla lattes, ate cinnamon & chocolate scones and cherries, and chatted and laughed some more. I only wish it could have lasted longer. We will definitely have to plan another one soon! It reminds me of those classic Guinness ads... only instead of Guinness, it's GWOF. GWOF is good for you.

GWOF rocks

Sounds like a wonderful weekend. Girls weekend are just what you need once in a while, it charges the batteries!

ReplyDeleteA good old GWOF is what every girl needs once in while! I have fond memories of Allison and I having our first GWOF. Would have to say I think it would be loved even more these days! Good on you and the girls for making time for yourselves....
