Em and I were skyping the other day, sitting at our desks {and wishing we were together on one sofa with tea and cookies, quite frankly, and not thousands of miles apart}.
Anyway, we were sitting there chatting, and voilĂ , we came up with this week's E & me theme. I give you the view from our desks, one in France and the other in Canada. Pretty, non?
It was a grey, cloudy day in Annecy, but the sun was shining here in Victoria, as you can see.
It's got me wondering... What's the weather like in your part of the world? And what are you looking at out your window?
What a fun idea! Unfortunately I do not have a window in my office at work. At home, the view from my office is to our backyard. I love being able to watch the puppy run around out there!
ReplyDeleteThe "office" I'm referring to here is our spare room, which I have taken over as the pretty, girly space in the house! It looks out on our front yard.
DeletePretty pretty! Erin I love that big tree out your window - so full and gorgeous :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Kelly. It's a chestnut tree. I can't wait for the lilacs to bloom, right outside that same window!
DeleteWhere did you meet Em, Erin?
ReplyDeleteEm and I met in university, back in 1994. We both went to UVic (the University of Victoria) and I was friends with her roommate. We've been "like this" ever since, despite the fact that she moved to the other side of the world!
