We are sooooo going to take a million photos on Platform 9 3/4 in King's Cross Station!
I love this pretty pillow. It reminds me of a t-shirt Wendy sent me years ago. I like the use of the traditional union jack pattern mixed up with the rosy floral prints.
More union jacks and some gorgeous foxgloves (which reminds me, we have some beautiful ones in our garden, and I am definitely including photos of them in the garden tour post which is coming in the next few days). This is what I imagine seeing in my friend Cassie's garden in Suffolk. I'll soon find out if I'm right!
Big Ben + London buses + summer sunshine = happiness!
I am always on the lookout for a big mug from which to drink my tea. This one looks pretty much perfect!

Love this fab blue & grey print. Wouldn't it look great in the boys' bedroom?
Cute little handbag, non? I have a beaded lippy bag like this, from Accessorize. Must remember to bring it with me!
The boys have many little London buses. They can't wait to ride the real ones.
Can't wait to go to Thornton's for tea and chocolate, to sit in the window and look out on a busy London street. Then we'll be up and on our way again, perhaps to visit the lions in Trafalgar Square or to the Museum of Natural History to see the dinosaurs!
Okay, now that was fun! If you have a tumblr and you'd like to play along, be sure to visit Hydrangeas and White Daisies and link up.
Right. I'd better go find something to do around here, as recess is almost over! Cheers mate, innit?

PS: This is my 1,000th post!!! Wow! I really am a wordy girl...
I was just thinking today 'I wonder if Erin drinks her tea out of a dainty cup or a big ol'one?' and now you have answered it for me.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous choices and I will admit I had been having a look back through your archives wondering which ones you'd choose!
