Auld lang syne (a week or so later)

I suppose now that it's January 10th, it's about time I posted a few photos from our New Year's Eve party. And when I say party, I mean that Alan and I woke the boys up at about quarter to 12, and let them ring in the new year with us, with a few mince tarts and some cranberry & ginger ale! It was very low-key, but quite fun. They were excited to be up "in the middle of the night" and loved watching the Seattle fireworks show on tv. They were also thrilled to be allowed to shout "Happy New Year!" out the front door into the dark street. We had a lovely time, and look forward to a fabulous year ahead. Welcome, 2010! Sorry it took me so long...

Dylan, just barely awake at ten to twelve...

Sawyer, sipping a festive ginger ale.

Some couch dancing with Daddy. Because nothing says "New Year's Eve" like some Boogie Beebies!
