Em and Francois had a beautiful wedding.
It was held here, in this stunning 12th century church.
Em's mom walked her down the aisle. 
Mme and M Quairel said "Oui" and they both smiled despite the thunder and torrential downpour outside!
We then headed for this beautiful garden where the vin d'honneur (a sort of cocktail party/mini-reception) was held after the ceremony. The weather went back to being beautiful... thank goodness!

The party went on and on, until well after 4 o'clock in the morning. There was so much delicious food, bottle after bottle of wine, and lots of fun and dancing. It was marvellous, and I wouldn't have missed any of it for the world!
