No,you don't! While it would be nice for a day or two, isn't better to have those two boys tearing around in a house that's lived in, full of love and mkade by memories? Erin, have a wonderful Christmas with your family, here is to wishing for snow!
Ooooh, j'adore aussi! All that lovely red & white plus the checkered patterns makes it look very Alpine as well. I could lie to you & say that my living room looks like that right now {since j'habite dans les Alpes} but I'm too much of a honest girl to try & pull that off.
So I'll admit that from my cozy spot on the couch, there's a huge pile of gifts for my niece & nephews in the corner of the living room (I'm trying to ignore it because I don't feel like wrapping today), a cluttered coffee table featuring an apple core that still hasn't made it into the "poubelle" & dust. Lots of dust.
But c'est la vie, non? And I think the reality of life makes me enjoy your photo a million times more than I would if my apartment really looked like that... so, merci beaucoup mon amie!! Bises!

ReplyDeleteI love the staircase. It's so wide and open. One day I will have a wooden staircase.
ReplyDeleteP.S. I mentioned this on Twitter but I received your Christmas card and I love it!
