First the Friday Flowers, then the Saturday morning daydreams... it's all coming back to me now!
Doesn't this scene just make you feel warm? I love the late afternoon sunlight, the vibrant colours, the idea of sitting 'round the table with good friends, good food and wine... Oh, I'm longing for summer! Hurry up and go away, January, won't you please? There are so many far nicer months in the year.
Oh it looks like just what I need this weekend.
ReplyDeleteI would love being there right now. Here the temperature is rising, so the the snow is melting, but it's raining... hopefully it won't start freezing again, because the the roads will be a total mess!

ReplyDeleteIt poured all day here today. I found myself daydreaming about summer when the markets are full of gloriously delicious fruit like cherries, apricots & peaches. Then I opened the fridge & found leeks & carrots in the crisper. Le sigh.
