Flowers for your Friday

Well, it's Friday morning and would you believe I'm at school on my day off? It's true. Just needed to pop in to drop off some books, and photocopy a few things, and then I realized it's teacher appreciation day and there are muffins and other tasty pastries in the staffroom! Think I'll stick around for recess... Sawyer is playing happily while I check email. He hasn't been in my school for a while, so he's quite content to reacquaint himself with all the books and toys in the fantastic library.

After this, we're off to the grocery store to pick up the ingredients for tonight's canelloni (mmm! ricotta, spinach and red peppers with yummy pasta and sauce... doesn't that sound fab?) and then to pick up Dylan. I'm planning a low-key day, because we've got a busy weekend ahead. There will be navy ships, beach picnics, lantern festivals, airshows, girly movies, and fireworks involved! Awesome.

What are your weekend plans? I want to hear all about them!

  1. Think you should certainly hang around if Sawyer is loving it (and of course if there are sweet treats too)! ;)

Not had cannelloni in ages so now adding it to next weeks meal list.

Hope we can squeeze a chat into your super busy weekend.
    xx

PS: Isn't that chair just to-die for?

I will have a busy weekend preparing for the trip to London, Monday. Your print will be well travelled before it gets to you, Stockholm, London...
