Flowers for your Friday

Wow. Is it Friday morning again already? It's been a busy week, and I'm looking forward to doing some relaxing this weekend, if I can squeeze it in somewhere.

The next few days are going to involve lots of paperwork (yep, still working on the passport applications, as well as a few other writing projects), some time in the garden (I really want to get the deck cleared off and some stuff hauled to the dump, and Alan always has something to plant), grocery shopping, at least one run, and hopefully a family swim at the local pool (the boys love it when we go swimming, and it is so great to help them get out all their excess energy). I'm also doing a stint at the mall to promote our co-op preschool (I'll be sitting at a table, handing out balloons and answering questions... and the best bit is that the table will be set up just down the hall from Starbucks!) Oh, and I really must mop the floor. So, no big plans, but plenty to keep us busy. What are you doing this weekend?

I'm off now to get the boys dressed and D ready for preschool. I'll leave you with this great quote:
Words to live by. I'm going to try hard to remember them all weekend, even as I trudge through some of life's more mundane activities. It's all about how you look at it, non?

Happy Friday, friends!
