Chores, chocolate, Tuesday night tradition

My Tuesday afternoon, snap-out-of-it, 3BT:

1. I went home on my lunch hour. Did laundry, brought in firewood, emptied the dishwasher, tidied up, and got back to school in time to scarf down my lunch... Now I can just play with the boys when we get home. Or sit with them and read a book. Anything but do the housework.
2. That last bag of mini-eggs was delicious. And now they're gone. Good!
3. LOST is on tonight. I'll run and run and run until I'm home and curled up on the couch in front of it. It's my favourite way to spend a Tuesday night.

Oh, and thanks for all the lovely comments earlier. You guys really are the best!

Update: I rocked my run tonight (Run for 10 min, walk for 1 min x6). So hard, but totally worth it to feel so good (but so sore) at the end. And... LOST... oh my god, LOST was even better than I could have hoped. It was sooo unbelievably amazing tonight! "Consciousness-altering" if you will... Sigh. I love that show. Feeling much more cheerful now, sweet friends. Exhausted but cheerful. I've got a day off tomorrow. I'm going to build a fort with my boys. And at naptime, I might just watch that episode again!

  1. I finished up the last of my easter candy tonight too... yay finally! You are so lucky you can come home on your lunch hour and tidy up. I have thought about waking up extra early to do that but it never happens lol!

  3. Lost is getting CRAZY! With each new episode I'm just diving further and further into what's already happened in the series and trying to figure out what curveballs they're going to throw at us next. I'm definitely going to have to re-watch the whole show when it's all over...

  4. Hooray! I'm so happy your tuesday turned around for you. It seems like whenever I can get things cleaned and in order, my psychological state gets better too.

A fort with the boys?! I wanna come!

Last night twitter was all a tweet with how amazing lost was. No one gave anything away, it was just comment after comment of "omg! Lost blew my mind!" "Did you see lost?! Woah!!!" and so on. I'm dying, as you can imagine, to see it, but I'll have to be in my meeting until 11am! Ack! But then, you can be sure I'll be watching it and emailing you! Can't wait!

  5. Glad to hear that the day turned out well in the end!

And yeah for building forts - may have to steal the idea tomorrow when on Auntie duty again.
