And we have a winner!

Congratulations to Carissa, winner of my very first giveaway! I've been a follower of her blog, The Lovely Dove for a while now. Carissa sent me a pretty handmade Christmas card and a pack of Joy tea back in December, and I've been rather fond of her ever since, so I couldn't be happier that she won. She knew that it was Kathleen Kelly from You've Got Mail (one of my all-time favourite movies) who said "Don't you think daisies are the friendliest flower?" For this, she has won the following lovely stuff which I hope she'll be excited to find in her mailbox very soon:

• a packet of Shasta Daisy seeds to plant in her garden or a window box
• pretty pink daisy notecards and envelopes (to send some mail of her own!)

I had fun last night writing out all your names onto little slips of paper (most of you twice... thanks, lovely followers!) and drawing a name. I just wish I could send something out to all of you! But I'm already keeping Canada Post in business, and we're really trying to save for those flights to England, so I have to pinch my pennies more than usual these days.
