It's the last day of the last week of summer vacation. Tomorrow we're into the Labour Day long weekend, and Tuesday is the first day of school! How crazy is that? We have been very busy the past few weeks (bus tripping, picnicking, house-cleaning/toybox-organizing, shopping, visiting with friends, not to mention several mornings and afternoons spent with Kelly, while Mummy went into school to pretty up the library) and I've not had a chance to post any new photos or amusing stories about life in the Pugh family. Oh, and also... I dropped my camera (lens down- gaack!) in the sand when we were at the beach last weekend, and it didn't seem to like that much... so we are now without a working camera. Not good! I do have a few photos to put up today though, courtesy of Auntie Pat. These are all of Dylan's sleepover at Island View Beach last Friday. He had a really great time building and digging and beach-combing with Thomas, and enjoyed all the goodies that AP had to offer, including pancakes shaped like Mickey Mouse! Aren't we lucky to have Auntie Pat all over again for another generation of kids to adore...
Anyway, hope to have the camera situation sorted out soon, and there will be lots of good stories to tell as school and preschool start up over the next couple of weeks. It'll be sad to say good-bye to summer, but fall is always lovely around here, too.
