I dragged Alan to the "family fun night" of the festival on Friday and it was soooo lame! Nothing exciting or family-oriented happening at all. The kids' tent was closed and the dragon boats (which Dylan thought looked more like dinosaurs) were on a restricted dock. However, we made our own fun wandering around on the causeway, and really enjoyed hanging up our lanterns, so it turned out okay in the end. Dylan always enjoys a trip downtown, after all! Looking forward to more summer fun before fall arrives.
