My report cards are finished. Printed out, edited, signed by the principal, the whole shabang. Whew. Now I just need to photocopy them, stuff them in envelopes, and get through 12 more parent-teacher interviews tonight {I've done 7 already} ... and
then I can start getting festive! 33 days until Christmas! Can you believe it?
Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow, my dear American friends. Let the holiday season begin!

Congratulations on getting through those report cards, that feeling when the weight of them all is lifted is incredible. Meetings with parents... don't even get me started on those ;)
ReplyDeleteChristmas Countdown is fantastic but 33 days is simply too quick! As excited as I am, the days are flying by far too fast.
xx
what an awesome feeling, eh? miss you! hoping to get back on this blogging wagon. xo
ReplyDeleteThanks Erin. Like you this past weekend, I have a TON of grading to do. Probably 600 or 700 + papers to grade over my "break". Hah. Well, at least there's lots of good food and family in between to enjoy before buckling down. Hope you're having a great thursday!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad we don't have one-on-one meetings with parents! (unless, of course, there's a reason).
ReplyDeleteWell done for finishing the report cards!
Oh my goodness - we are that close to Christmas already?!?! I feel a little anxiety over it all this year.
ReplyDeleteHope your parent teacher conferences went as well as the ones we had with our kids.
eeeek ... it's right around the corner. I can't wait! Glad to hear that your report cards are done
