Preschool picnic and planting party

How's that for excessive alliteration?!

Tuesday was my parent duty day at Dylan's preschool (it's a co-op, so parents have to help out in the classroom once a month). It was such a gorgeous day that we spent the entire morning outside on the playground. The kids got to plant seeds- sweet peas, nasturtiums and good old green beans- and water them. Can you guess how much Dylan loved that? Afterwards we had a picnic and played in the sandbox, on the swings and the big purple dinosaur (no, not that big purple dinosaur!) Dylan is really looking forward to my next "Mummy Helper Day." So am I!
