My mom and dad got us a family pass to the Royal British Columbia Museum for Christmas (no free, London-style museums here, I'm afraid...), and I was excited to start using it. So I packed up the boys and Tayler yesterday and we met up with Amanda and her boys for an afternoon of fun. We had a great time, eating lunch in the lobby, wandering the exhibits (the forest, ocean and old town train station were favourites) and even panning for gold! Dylan is keen for Daddy to get better so he can take him there to show him "that beach with its paper sky." "It looks real, Dad, but it is inside!" he kept saying when we got home. I'm sure we'll be on our way back again very soon! There's a travelling exhibit from the British Museum arriving in May. Can't wait!
Holy, you posted like every photo you took! Check out mine. I only posted 2 but there are some other pics as well.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea for a Christmas present! Looks like you had a great day out. But no wooly mammoth pictures?
